History tab


In the client card there is a "History" tab, where all incoming and outgoing messages are displayed to the mail addresses specified in the customer's card. And also here all the history of the work connected with this client is collected - comments, cases, calls. You can send a comment to the client card by selecting the "Comment" item in the context menu of the table entry, or by clicking on the "Comment" button in the open card. In the commentary you can ask for feedback from someone from the staff, attach files, documents, mark it with a category and much more.
